WORKSHOPS

Creativity You Can Put to Work

Structured, participatory sessions that give people the tools to think more creatively, communicate more authentically, and own their narrative. Designed for schools, universities, corporate teams, and community organisations.

What Workshops Cover

Suli offers workshops across three core areas. Storytelling for organisations teaches teams to identify and communicate their brand narrative — moving from jargon to language that actually connects. Creative expression and identity workshops, designed primarily for young people and students, explore self-discovery through writing, performance, and spoken word. Entrepreneurship and creative ambition workshops combine practical discussion with artistic inspiration, giving emerging founders a perspective on building ventures where story is the foundation.

Format and Structure

Workshops run from 90 minutes to a full day, depending on depth required. They are practical and interactive — participants write, share, and respond, not just listen. Suli facilitates in a way that draws out contributions from across the room, making space for every type of participant. Sessions can be standalone or run as a series across a term or programme.

The room was completely captivated, and we received incredible feedback from our guests. Suli's words lingered long after the last note.

Who Workshops Are For

Secondary schools and sixth forms looking to inspire students on creativity, further education and universities building enrichment programmes, corporate teams working on communication, culture, or D&I, and accelerators and start-up programmes that want a creative dimension to entrepreneurship training. Suli has delivered workshops for organisations including LinkedIn and the GSMA, and for schools and colleges across the UK.

Online and Hybrid Workshops

Suli delivers fully virtual workshops using collaborative tools and live facilitation. Hybrid formats — with some participants in-room and others remote — can be accommodated with advance planning. Virtual workshops retain the same participatory structure as in-person sessions.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the minimum group size?

Workshops work best with groups of 15–120. Smaller groups allow for deeper individual participation; larger groups work well with a more structured facilitation approach and can be split into breakout groups.

How long is a typical workshop?

The most common format is a 2-hour session. Half-day (3 hours) and full-day workshops are available for organisations that want to go deeper. Suli can also run a 60-minute taster session for events and conferences.

Do participants need any prior experience?

No. Workshops are designed to be accessible regardless of background. The focus is on thinking and communication, not performance skill. Participants are invited to share as much or as little as they are comfortable with.

How far in advance do I need to book?

Contact us as early as possible — at least 4–6 weeks ahead for single sessions, longer for programme series.
